Large Event Arrival & Setup

Our standard setup time is 30 minutes prior to the event start time.

If your venue requires us to arrive earlier for check-in, security screening, or staging, please let us know in advance. Early arrivals or extended setup times beyond 60 minutes are billed in 30-minute increments.

This policy is in place because early arrival prevents us from accepting other bookings during that time.

Large Event End & Teardown

Our team typically packs up right after the event ends.

If we’re required to remain on-site beyond 30 minutes for safety, traffic flow, or crowd management, additional time will be billed in 30-minute increments.

Large Event Paperwork & Documentation

Please let us know if your organization requires any additional paperwork such as:

  • Business license or vendor registration
  • Certificate of insurance or liability rider
  • Hold Harmless agreement
  • Tax documents such as a W-9

We’re happy to provide these documents upon request.

Third-Party or Vendor Registration

Some venues and organizations require vendors to register through a third-party system or compliance portal. If 1-Up Game Truck is required to complete this process, it will be billed at 30 minutes to account for the additional administrative time required. This fee is non-refundable.

Large Events Third-Party or Vendor Registration

Large Event Parking & Access

Please confirm that the event location can safely accommodate our game truck.

We’ll need:

  • A clear, level space approximately 60 feet long for parking and setup
  • Easy access for entry and exit (no low trees, tight turns, or narrow gates)
  • Notification if power will be provided on-site or if we’ll use our onboard generator. If power will be supplied, we will require a NEMA L14-30P/L14-30R plug (30 amp/240v service). We can also provide a 75-foot L14-30P/L14-30R extension cord.
