Booster Club & Nonprofit Fundraisers in Lumberton, NJ
1-Up Game Truck proudly supports local school booster clubs and select 501(c)(3) organizations by offering special fundraising opportunities designed to bring our community together while raising money for your programs.
Who’s Eligible:
– School booster club organizations.
– Limited Registered 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to participate. A copy of your IRS verification letter will be required for approval.
– All organizations must be located within 20 miles of Lumberton, NJ.
Event Details:
- Available Days: Monday through Thursday only
- Event Times: Between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Rate: $100 per hour
- Event Duration: Up to 3 hours maximum
- Profit Potential: Up to $500 per hour ($600 – $100 booking rate)
- Event Limit: Each organization may host up to two events per year. If an organization plans to hold two events, the following schedule must me adhered to:
- First event must take place between January–June
- Second event must take place between August–December
- Note, if only one event is planned, it can be scheduled during any month listed above.

School Booster Clubs
- Your school point of contact
- A letter or confirmation from the school or athletic director/principal confirming your affiliation
- Your booster club president’s name/phone number/email
501(c)(3) Organizations:
- A copy of your 501(c)(3) verification letter
- Board members names/phone numbers/emails
- Signed letter from your board president authorizing the fundraiser
