Tetris Tumbler XL Rules
Objective
The goal of the game is to balance the Tetriminos on the rocking base without causing the tower to fall. The last player to successfully place a Tetrimino without toppling the tower wins.
Setup
- Place the Rocking Balance Platform on the provided Flat Base and find a level spot to play.
- Spread the Tetriminios out so they are easily accessible to all players.
- Determine play order, usually the youngest goes first.
Gameplay
- Pick a Tetrimino:
- On your turn, roll the six-sided die to determine which Tetrimino shape you must place on the tower. If you get an I Tetrimino on the first roll, roll again. Easy mode: Pick whatever piece you want.
- Placing the Tetrimino:
- Place the Tetrimino on the Rocking Balance Platform, carefully stacking it without causing the tower to fall.
- You may place the Tetrimino anywhere on the existing structure, but it must stay balanced. Hard Mode: Players must use only one hand to place the piece.
- Tumbling the Tower:
- If a player causes the tower to tumble, that player is eliminated from the game.
- The remaining players continue playing with the same tower configuration until there is only 1 winner left.
- Running out of Tetriminos:
- Easy Mode: Choose any available Tetriminio Shape from the tower and move it to a different position without making the tower fall.
- Hard Mode: Remove the Tetrimino Shape from the tower and place it back on top without causing the tower to tumble.
Winning the Game
The last remaining player who successfully places a Tetrimino without making the tower fall is the winner.
